Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
What Tow Crew Roadside is
Tow Crew Roadside is a website for requesting roadside help in Utah: towing, lockouts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, and jump starts. Tow Crew Roadside requests are currently handled by Summit Towing and Recovery LLC, an independent Utah towing company that does the work itself or arranges it with a partner tow company (our "current service provider"). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Tow Crew Roadside and its current service provider. Using this site means you agree to these terms.
How a request works
- Sending a request doesn't send a truck and doesn't create a contract or charge you anything.
- Every job is quoted by phone before we send a truck. A dispatcher will call you to confirm the job and the price. A truck is sent only after you agree.
- The final price, payment method, and any cancellation terms are explained on that call. If the job turns out to be different from what was described (for example, the vehicle is stuck off the road or the destination changes), the dispatcher will tell you about any price change before doing the extra work.
- We can't promise that a truck is available or how long it will take to arrive. The dispatcher will tell you what to expect on the call.
- We may decline a request, for example if it's outside our area, unsafe, or not a service we offer.
What we don't handle
- Police-ordered, impound, or private-property tows. Don't use this site for those.
- Requests from outside Utah.
- Emergencies. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first.
Your part
- Give accurate information about where you are and the vehicle, and use a phone number you can answer.
- Only request service for a vehicle you own or have permission to have serviced or moved. The driver may ask for ID or proof before working on or towing a vehicle.
- Stay somewhere safe while you wait.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box, Tow Crew Roadside and its current service provider, Summit Towing and Recovery LLC, may call or text the number you entered about your request. These aren't autodialed marketing calls or texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
The work itself
The roadside work is done by our current service provider, Summit Towing and Recovery LLC, or the partner tow company it sends, under the terms explained on the phone. The website is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Tow Crew Roadside isn't responsible for problems caused by the website being unavailable or by information you entered incorrectly.
If Tow Crew Roadside changes hands
If Tow Crew Roadside is sold, merged, or transferred, or a different company takes over handling requests, these terms and the request records may transfer to the new owner or service provider. They'll continue to be covered by these terms and our Privacy Policy. We'll update these pages to name the new company.
